You may return your items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your bike shoes must be:

2. Free Returns
We believe the return process should be hassle-free. We provide free return shipping for all orders within the United States.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

Print the Label: Once we approve your request, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

Ship the Item: Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
